二、時間

不同的超聲波清洗器所清洗的時間也不相同，所以要把控好時間，盡量控制在10-20min以內，時間太短效果不好，時間太長容易使設備表面出現問題，影響光潔度。

由于每個設備的物理特性不同，應選擇不同的清洗溫度，如一般清洗油脂50°c 以上是合適的；鋁合金，一般選擇40°c左右是合適的，溫度過高，會形成氧化斑點; 毛刺一般選擇15°c 以下獨特的恒溫技術，保證清洗對象在恒溫環境下工作不受損害（我們的恒溫產品恒溫為0-80°c，± 2°c）。

四、頻率

針對不同的設備需要調清洗器的頻率，不能所有的設備都按照一個頻率來，像一些機械設備表面較硬的，頻率能夠高一點，但是對于一些電子產品或是塑料等產品，清洗器的頻率再那么高的話會使這些產品出現質量問題。
