全自動超聲波清洗機是如何進行工作的?

全自動超聲波清洗機是利用超聲波的高頻率,通過換能器轉化為高頻動能,然后作用于清洗槽中的液體介質,使液體產生空化作用,不斷的形成無數個細微氣泡,并迅速爆裂,產生沖擊力沖擊物件表面,使表面污垢脫離,從而達到清洗的效果。那么具體是怎么工作的呢?

超聲波是科學家們將每秒鐘振動的次數稱為聲音的頻率,它的單位是赫茲(Hz)。我們人類耳朵能聽到的聲波頻率為20Hz~20000Hz(20KHz)。當聲波的振動頻率小于20Hz或大于20KHz時,我們便聽不見了。

因此,我們把頻率高于20000赫茲的聲波稱為“超聲波”。這里說明下,許多人在使用全自動超聲波清洗機時,聽到嗡嗡聲,就以為是超聲波發出的聲音,其實那只是液體在空化作用下產生的聲音。

全自動超聲波清洗機上的超聲波頻率一般是28KHz以上。高可達128KHz以上,常用的是40KHz,這個頻率比較通用,適合大多數工件的清洗。頻率越低,清洗的細膩度就越低,但力度會強些。

Through the cleaning tank, kinetic energy is transferred to the liquid in the tank. Under this high frequency vibration, the liquid will produce cavitation.
