從目前超聲波業(yè)界的情況看，超音波重要分為自激式和它激式開關(guān)電源;超音波開關(guān)電源的運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵是要根據(jù)超聲波超聲波換能器功率的規(guī)格、頻率的高低、容積去匹配就可以。功率較小的可以運(yùn)用自激式，功率非常大的建議運(yùn)用它激式。

超聲波清洗機(jī)的使用說明書：

1、超聲波清洗機(jī)的運(yùn)用開關(guān)電源(230V)用三芯電源插頭(火線零線、接地線、電線接頭)。

2、清除干燥槽必不可少加上清潔液或水。清潔液或水的液位儀不能低于清除槽高度的三分之一。清除時，請根據(jù)不一樣的清除要求，再加洗潔劑劑，提高清除效率高，所有洗潔劑劑必不可少符合不腐蝕清洗設(shè)備軸桿、機(jī)體的要求。

2. Remove the drying tank and add cleaning solution or water. The level gauge of cleaning liquid or water shall not be lower than one third of the height of cleaning tank. When cleaning, please add cleaning agent according to different cleaning requirements to improve the cleaning efficiency. All cleaning agents are essential and meet the requirements of non corrosive cleaning equipment shaft and body.

3、將被清除化合物放入金屬材料框中，根據(jù)清除物的積垢水準(zhǔn)，設(shè)定清除時間，一般3-12分鐘，十分難清除的化合物，可適當(dāng)提升清除時間。(嚴(yán)禁把被清除化合物馬上放進(jìn)清除槽底運(yùn)用)。

4、將超聲波清洗機(jī)的插頭電源線加上230V的三芯電源線插頭，開啟電源開關(guān)設(shè)定好超聲波工作時間，按“啟動/停止”鍵一開始工作上，這時候液位儀呈現(xiàn)蛛網(wǎng)狀波動，且隨著振響，表述清洗設(shè)備已進(jìn)入工作責(zé)任心。

4. Add the 230V three core power cord plug to the plug power cord of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, turn on the power switch, set the ultrasonic working time, and press the "start / stop" button to start working.
