1.超聲波換能器受潮。一般用兆歐表檢查和換能器相連接的插頭，檢查換能器正負極間的絕緣電阻值就可以判斷。一般要求絕緣電阻大于30兆歐以上。如果達不到這個絕緣電阻值，很可能是換能器受潮。

1. The ultrasonic transducer is damp. Generally, the plug connected to the transducer is checked with a megohmmeter, and the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative poles of the transducer can be judged. 維修方法是把換能器整體(不包括噴塑外殼)放進烘箱設定100℃左右，烘干三小時或者使用電吹風去潮至阻值正常為止。換能器振子打火，陶瓷材料碎裂。維修時可以用肉眼和兆歐表結合檢查。一般作為應急處理的措施，可以把個別損壞的換能器斷開，不會影響到別的換能器正常使用。
