1、清洗籃：清洗筐建議選用不銹鋼籃，不要使用塑膠籃，防止靜電的產生;

2、加液：槽液不能加太滿，以免發生兩槽超聲波清洗劑之間相互混合以及瀝干時清洗籃底部粘液的現象;

2. Adding liquid: The tank liquid should not be filled too full to avoid mixing of ultrasonic cleaning agents between the two tanks and the phenomenon of cleaning the bottom of the basket with sticky liquid when draining;

3、清洗時間：清洗時每道工序的時間定為3-5分鐘，如果清洗物的表面積較大或者結構復雜時可以根據情況適當的調整清洗時間。若清洗物容易出現重疊、粘附現象，在將清洗物放入及取出槽液的時候，抖動一下工件，讓清洗劑充分與工件接觸，提高清洗效果。

3. Cleaning time: The time for each process during cleaning is set at 3-5 minutes. If the surface area of the cleaning material is large or the structure is complex, the cleaning time can be adjusted appropriately according to the situation. If the cleaning material is prone to overlap and adhesion, shake the workpiece when placing and removing the cleaning material from the tank, allowing the cleaning agent to fully contact the workpiece and improve the cleaning effect.

4、串槽使用：超聲波清洗機每槽應為獨立的操作工序，嚴禁多槽清洗機相互串用或人為減少操作工序及操作時間，應以大可能提高超聲波清洗劑的使用效率，減少浪費。

4. Serial slot use: Each slot of the ultrasonic cleaning machine should be an independent operating process. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple slot cleaning machines in series or artificially reduce the operating process and time. The efficiency of using ultrasonic cleaning agents should be maximized to reduce waste.

5、員工規范操作：瀝干時應先將清洗籃傾斜45度角放于清洗槽邊緣瀝干，提起時不能將滴漏的超聲波清洗劑滴入旁邊的槽內;

5. Standard operation for employees: When draining, the cleaning basket should be tilted at a 45 degree angle and placed on the edge of the cleaning tank to drain. When lifting, the leaking ultrasonic cleaning agent should not be dropped into the adjacent tank;

6、工作環境：超聲波清洗工作環境應保持空氣流通，嚴禁在作業現場引入明火或易產生明火的物質。 清洗槽內液體的溫度控制在50度以下，減少超聲波清洗劑的揮發。

6. Work environment: Ultrasonic cleaning work environment should maintain air circulation, and it is strictly prohibited to introduce open flames or substances that are prone to generating open flames at the work site. The temperature of the liquid in the cleaning tank should be controlled below 50 degrees to reduce the volatilization of ultrasonic cleaning agents.
