Dissolve oil stains: Carbon hydrogen cleaning agents, along with most lubricating oils, rust proof oils, and machining oils, are non-polar petroleum fractions. Based on the principle of similar solubility, carbon hydrogen cleaning agents can effectively dissolve mineral oil and other oily substances. Meanwhile, hydrocarbon cleaning agents can reduce the interfacial tension between oil stains and workpiece surfaces, making it easier for oil stains to peel off from the workpiece surface and dissolve into the cleaning agent.

Simply heating the hydrocarbon cleaning agent to around 80 ℃ can make it boil, achieving steam cleaning and preventing oil stains dissolved in the cleaning solution from remaining on the surface of the workpiece. In addition, the vacuum cleaning dryer utilizes the vacuum boiling effect to make the cleaning solution on the surface of the workpiece suddenly boil and quickly evaporate, which can reduce the drying time of the workpiece to within a few minutes. The vacuum distillation regeneration device can lower the boiling point of hydrocarbon cleaning agents to 80 ℃ under high vacuum, continuously pumping the cleaning solution dissolved in oil stains into the distillation device, heating and evaporating it in vacuum, and then condensing it into a cleaning solvent and returning it to the cleaning tank, achieving the regeneration and reuse of hydrocarbon cleaning agents.
